Some Wake County towns vote Nov. 2. What do you want to ask candidates?

While some elections in Wake County are delayed until 2022, 11 Wake County towns will hold their municipal elections Nov. 2, 2021.

Who’s voting Nov. 2, 2021: Residents of Angier, Apex, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Morrisville, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Wendell and Zebulon.

Who’s not voting in 2021: Cary’s election and the primary for partisan races (like the Wake County district attorney seat)  is March 8, 2022. Raleigh’s election and the general election is Nov. 8, 2022.

We want to know: What would you ask the candidates for elected office? Fill out this form by noon Wednesday, Oct. 6, for input on a candidate questionnaire.

When voting begins: Early voting starts Oct. 14 for the Nov. 2, 2021 elections at the Wake County Board of Elections office, 1200 N. New Hope Road, Raleigh. Two other sites open early voting Oct. 23 in Garner and Apex. Early voting ends Saturday, Oct. 30. [info]

How to register: Check your registration status and details here, register to vote here by 30 days in advance. If you missed the voter registration deadline, you can register and vote on the same day at early voting only. [details]
